Greetings from Geology Class!

This morning I woke up to a loud crashing. By loud, I mean booming and crashing loud. So loud I jumped out of bed to see what it was. All I could think of was
1. The building was falling down
2. There was a war taking place right outside my dorm
3. There was a HUGE earthquake
4. A flock of Semis just crashed into the building.
5. Someone had atleast just died.

Nope, just the garbage truck.

This brings me to something that I really miss about my home. Silence. The sweet sweet sound of nothing. Something I haven't heard in nearly a week. You have no idea what I would do if i could go five minutes without these things.

1. Longboards. I never knew how much I hated longboards. But every morning I am woken up by longboards bombing down the hill (with the exception of when I'm woken up by the garbage truck.)
2. My ridiculous refrigerator. (see earlier blog posts.)
3. The other day I was woken up to some bros outside my window yelling "evan. evan! EVAN! GIVE ME BACK MY WALLET YOU ****"
4. The clock in our dorm is sooo loud. Stupid $3 Target Clock. I should've known.
5. Slamming doors. If I had a dollar for every door that I heard slam, I'd be rich.

I don't get out much, but the next time I do, I will definitely be purchasing some earplugs!
