First Day of College- CHECK.

My mom wasn't around to take the classic first day of school picture, so I had to make do.

Guess what?! I learned Greek today! I can say/write "you give, i give, he/she/it gives, we give, you all give, and they give." The class is terrifying because the prof just randomly calls on people and totally puts them on the spot. Luckily, when he called on me, I knew. I picked at my lip for an hour and a half because I was so nervous. But still, it was my favorite class today, and I'm really excited for Greek!

Geology. Boring.

Calculus. I walked in late. Actually I walked in exactly on time but she had already started. The geology and calc couldn't be ANY further from each other on campus. And there are only ten minutes between. My prof pauses in the middle of her sentences, repeats the last few words of what she just said, and ten gets quieter and quieter by the end of the sentence. So if she were saying this sentence: 'This year in calculus we will be learning lots of new concepts'"she would say it like "this yearin calculus we will be learning.... (pause)..... we will be learning a lot of new concepts." Except from learning on  it's impossible to hear her. She's really nice though.

Other notable things about today

• I proved my parents wrong by riding my bike across campus today when they told me that I was never going to ride it.
• I made new friends speedy quick tonight by doing to speed friending.
• I worked out in the rec center.
• I got my first piece of mail!!!! thanks a lot costco. The rest of you suck.

Most boring post yet? Definitely. But I couldn't not write about my first day of college!
