Today (technically yesterday) I went to Black Hills to finally pick up my diploma. It actually got me thinking and ended up being the inspiration to this post. Leaving for college tomorrow (technically today) I realized there's things about Olympia that I will absolutely not miss.
1. Black Hills- Always smelly, even today. Apparently no one goes to class. I went 45 minutes before school was out and there were kids everywhere. Leaving, loitering outside the school, riding bikes, etc.
2. Cats- I have three. Or should I say, my mom has three. I hate them all. I hate hate hate hate cats. Always in the way, always trying to eat my food, always making noise. I hate cats. Thank goodness Western doesn't allow pets or else my mom would probably try to send some up with me.
3. Running into people in this tiny town that I have strategically avoided since graduating- enough said.
4. My House smelling like cats- see #2
5. I will refrain from making rude controversial comments about a certain group of people that live in Olympia. But there is this- I like driving my car and I like my plastic bags. The end.
Somehow, I feel like you can expect a future post titled "things I miss about Olympia." But until then...
